De Bethune DB25V Starry Varius

De Bethune DB25V Starry Varius’ quirky design lends vibes of an extraterrestrial accessory! This one is a great example of fine watch making. Aesthetics of the blue dial is not only making it an eye-catchy design but it is flawless in execution too. Its uniqueness with drop-dead stunning dial makes it a collector’s piece.

The grade five titanium case is 42mm wide and a slender 8.8mm thick with more curved lugs, emphasised ogive lug end elements. It’s interesting to know how it got its name. It’s an anagram to Stradivarius, the renowned violin maker and also to the stars and the fact that the view of the night sky can be customised (varius).

Grand Seiko Caliber 9S 20th Anniversary Limited Editions

This year at Baselworld, Grand Seiko launched three special movements, a new case, and a unique dial on 20th anniversary of their ‘hi-beat’ 9S movements. These limited edition timepieces are high on precision. Seiko launched Caliber 9S in 1998 powered by reliability, functionality, adaptability and precision.

And the newly launched three versions share the same base movement – Calibre 9S85. All of them come with a newly designed case, with 39.5mm diameter. All three variants have dial with a radial geometric pattern, showing a mosaic of GS logos.

Corum Admiral 45 Skeleton – The Open-Worked Limited Edition

Impressive and extraordinary watches are the forte of Corum. Corum Admiral 45 Skeleton – The Open-Worked Limited Edition is nothing less than a burst of vibrant hues. Admiral 45 Skeleton instils colours in its skeleton display on its open worked date disc. Gifted with a playful design, the Corum Admiral 45 Skeleton collection offers seven models, each available in a limited edition of 288 pieces.

Four timepieces are in black PVD titanium, while three models – turquoise blue, yellow and red – are available in regular titanium with coloured and exposed date discs that are in the same colours as the rubber straps of their respective watches.

Oris Carl Brashear – A Limited Edition Chronograph In Bronze

This year bronze reined the Baselworld as the preferred colour of metal. Oris Carl Brashear – A Limited Edition Chronograph is in bronze and is such an eye candy. It is the successor of the brand’s preceding diver’s watch that paid tribute to heroic US Navy master diver, Carl Brashear.

The watch is limited to 2,000 pieces, available in a 43mm bronze case, and features an automatic chronograph movement. Its charm is heightened by the blue curved dial that has applied rose gold-plated hour markers with SuperLuminova. Water resistant to 100m, this watch comes with a classy brown leather strap.
